RYAN FURLONG DIRECTOR / EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
In 5 years Furlong has written, produced and directed short films and music videos that have landed him projects with some of the world’s most renowned artists. The Vampire, Furlong’s second short music film for Bravo!Fact, was selected to participate in various film festivals and was short-listed for The 2007 Toronto International Film Festival’s “Canada’s Top 10 Short Films of 2007” and was nominated for best international short at the 2007 Edmonton International Film Festival. The same year, his no-budget 2006 dark comedy The Gift (Katrina Devine, Daryl Taylor) premiered at The Edmonton International Film Festival. His recent shorts and videos include Dead Flowers (Kathleen Edwards, Tim Gibbons, Tom Wilson) and two award winning music videos for Lee Harvey Osmond Cuckoos Nest and I'm Gonna Stay That Way.
Furlongs unique narrative approach to music videos has garnered collaborations with acts like Cowboy Junkies, Tomi Swick & Julian Lennon, Agape, Blackie & The Rodeo Kings, and Bob Lanois. Ryan is currently living in Canada pursuing personal feature length projects with partner Tres Vinos Entertainment in Los Angeles. He serves as executive producer and creative director at FTE Entertainment and Fenian Films Inc.
